Our self-management is about taking care of ourselves and being healthy. -Subin

For your self-management you need to sleep well. -Sarasa

You need to be clean. -Yein

When you’re five years old it’s good to sleep 11 hours. -Caleb

To be hygenic you should wash your hands when you come out of the toilet. -Keita

To be healthy you’ve got to have calcium and protein. -Malte
