2R Community Reading, Episode #1
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
What a lovely way to start our day! The 2R class and I were so touched and pleased by the support showed by our community this morning, during our first weekly Community Reading session. I knew it was going to be good when I saw the large number of parents waiting on the balcony to join us, and then the arrival of Mr. MacDonald, Mr. Stanworth and the entirety of Mr. Goddard’s fifth grade class completed the picture beautifully. There were so many generous community members giving their time to read with our class that we ran out of second grade partners!

Sweet pictures! I wish I could be there. It seems to be so much fun. It’s a pretty long drive for me to get there from Tokyo in the morning but I will definitely make it in a month! Thank you for the invite, Mr.Raskin. 🙂
